HAPPY NEW YEAR!

As we say so long to 2014, here is my wish for us all in 2015:

May you have...
  • The strength to say NO to the things you don't want to do
  • The confidence to say YES to the things that you do
  • The wisdom to know when it's just the fear talking...

May you feel strength and peace and joy in the coming year!

  4. oh, Renn,

these wishes you've written, so hard to manifest at times, are ones I am working very hard on as I grapple with moving forward through grief and cancer. how did you know?! coming from your loving and compassionate heart as well as from the long path you have been walking gives me hope, and adds validation to what I have been contemplating. sometimes I find the answers to be no-brainers, others seem to need more mulling over - but practicing is helping and injects a more clear resolution to do what I have to in order to find my way. so thank you my friend for injecting a bit of clarity. knowing where we stand on "no", "yes", or being not so sure is a way to help us render good self care, something that sometimes get's lost amidst all the swirling reels that play over in my head. I find one of the best affirmations to begin sorting out - what stays, what goes, is to JUST BREATHE. I wish you continued fulfillment with all you do to nurture us so we can nurture ourselves. thank you, my Dear Friend, thank you!

    much love,

    Karen OXO

    1. Karen, you are always so kind! Consciously breathing is sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves. It's so simple yet provides clarity. I wish you clarity in 2015! And for all of us, that we not put too much pressure on ourselves to figure it out, whatever "it" is for each of us. Just keep nurturing! All the best to you, dear TC!!
